Hiring Requirements

• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Clean driving record (clean MVR)
• Verifiable driving experience
• Own a 16–26 ft box truck in good working condition (liftgate a plus)
• Smartphone for load updates and communication
• Able to load and unload freight
• Must pass background check

Pay & Miles

• Gross weekly range shown — before fuel and vehicle expenses (owner-operator)
• Settlements processed every Wednesday
• Pay deposited every Friday
• Steady, consistent expedite freight
• Direct deposit
• 1,800 – 3,000 miles per week

Home Time

• Flexible — home time arranged with dispatch
• 7 – 14 expected days out
• Dispatcher support Monday through Saturday
• Dedicated after-hours dispatch team
• Home time planned around your schedule

Freight Handling

Driver loads and unloads palletized expedite freight. Pallet jack and/or liftgate recommended.
